Who's there?
Boo.
Boo who?
Why are you crying?
Ok, so it's been told and re-told and then told again. And yes, I just told it one more time. But the "boo who" line ties together two of my most recent projects so well that I just couldn't resist.
Have I told everyone that I love Halloween? It is -- without a doubt -- my favorite holiday. I mean, Christmas is great and all, but name one other day of the year that you're given a blank check to eat as much candy as you possibly can and make mischief. I love it!
I also love all that Halloween decorations that are popping up around us. I saw one house that is already decked out with tomb stones and ghouls! I promised my husband that I would wait until it was actually October to get out my Halloween decorations, but I'm getting itchy...
my favorite is Valentines day,, but here lately I am loving the pumkins, witches, and ghosts.and not to forget the scared black cat, I wonder if ya could crochet one with back arched?? up for a challenge for custom order?I will check back to see what ya do next,Amy
ReplyDeleteAn arched back.... that DOES sound like a challenge... hmmm. I suspect that my cat Waffle would also approve more of a cat model for the next amigurumi project ;-)
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I actually do have a black cat named Jade, but she is one tough chick. You'll never see her making a scardy cat!
I love Halloween but in Italy is not a big holiday ! Children go to school and we adultgo to work :( .
ReplyDeleteIt's the same in the U.S. We still have to go to work/school, but all the candy helps make the day go faster!! :-)
ReplyDeleteI love them!! Those lil owls are very cute! I have a big family party and I just can't wait! I'm driving them all nuts :)
