Thank goodness that's over with!

The "Christmas Meltdown"

Ok... we did have a good Christmas and lots of fun with the family. But I, for one, am glad that things will be getting back to normal. Well, as normal as things get with Kaia on the prowl, that is.

I've got some fun plans for the new year, and while at this point it seems like I'm never going to get back to picking up my hook to write a new pattern, you can rest assured that there is plenty of cool stuff in the works. For those of you who are extra curious, my plans include:

• Finishing that tea set pattern I showed off a few weeks ago
• Some more angry birds patterns (I hope to do a pig next)
• A pattern for the yeti I made up for last year's Threadknits competition

There's plenty more where that came from too... but I'm starting to overwhelm myself with my own list!

Well, my coffee's almost gone and I'd better go wake up the sleeping beauty so she can get to work playing with all her new Christmas presents. I hope you and yours had a wonderful Christmas holiday together!
