Great Granny Swap: Day 5

Halfway through my Great Granny Swap patterns and I finally loosened up enough to design a few of my own. This one is called "square wheel." It starts with a basic wheel motif in the center and uses the outer rounds from the square target (day 1) to box the wheel in.

In other news, I'm putting the finishing touches on my book of patterns from the Great Granny Swap. I've decided to offer the 21-page booklet as a free PDF download through my Ravelry Pattern Shop. I'm also talking with Becky (aka "The Strumpet") to get booklets printed for the gals in the swap. Tres exciting!

Speaking of The Strumpet, you should head on over to her blog for details on her spring giveaway. She is offering a fantastic half apron with amazing Dia De Los Muertos fabric. Second prize is a pack of Becky's Sugar Skull post cards!
