Artist Showcase: Bonbears

I stumbled across Bonbears while feeding my latest web addiction -- Ravelry -- and was absolutely enchanted with the colors, fibers, and techniques Bonnie uses to create unique bears.Bonnie identifies herself as a retired grandmother and crochetaholic with "way more thread/yarns/books than [she'll] ever use." She adapts patterns and develops her some of her own to crochet adorable bears (and other critters). Each critter is beautifully embroidered and embelished with beads, buttons and ribbons to create a feast for the eyes.
