The Itsy Bitsy Spider joins Cleveland Handmade

I've been looking for ways to advertise my amigurumi and stumbled across a Cleveland-area artists' group called Cleveland Handmade. Here's the skinny on them from their web site:

Started in October 2007, Cleveland Handmade is a collective of local artists and craftspeople who sell their handmade wares online. Cleveland Handmade is committed to promoting, teaching, and helping its members and the Cleveland area.

Cleveland Handmade members’ shops specialize in a wide range of fine and funky craft, including jewelry, clothing, handbags and other accessories, fiber arts, handmade glass, ceramics, paintings, prints, photography, home decor, and repurposed vintage pieces.

It sounded like just the thing for me, so I applied. And, well... you're looking at one of the new members of the Cleveland Handmade group.

Benefits include an announcement on the group's home page (see below), a link from the Cleveland Handmade home page to my blog, permission to use the "clevelandhandmade" tag on my items in Etsy, and news and information about upcoming craft shows in the area.

I'm excited to be part of this group and can't wait to check out some of the arts and crafts my neighbors sell on Etsy!
